制备甲基庚烯酮相转移催化剂的研究

         

摘要

对缩合反应制备甲基庚烯酮的相转移催化剂催化性能和反应产物的分离性能进行比较,筛选出一种较为理想的催化剂苄基三乙基氯化铵。研究结果表明:在催化剂加入量(以氯代异戊烯计)为0.4%,碱浓度为48%~51%,氯代异戊烯和丙酮及NaOH溶液质量比为1:3.9:6.5,反应温度为60~61℃条件下,反应3.0 h后,氯代异戊烯转化率在99%以上,甲基庚烯酮收率在64%以上,该催化剂易回收,可减少三废排放量,符合环保的要求。%In this article, through the comparison of the characteristics and the separation properties of reaction products from several phase transfer catalysts used in the preparation of methyl heptenone from condensation reaction, one relative ideal catalyst, TEBAC, was selected. It was shown from the study that 0.4%of catalyst (counted on the basis of prenyl chloride) was added with 48%~51%alkali concentration to form the mass ratio of prenyl chloride, acetone and NaOH solution as 1:3.9:6.5, the conversion rates of prenyl chloride and methyl heptenone will reach 99%and 64%respectively at the temperature of 60~61℃and after 3 hours reaction. This catalyst is easy for recovery, thus the discharged amount of three wastes may be reduced, and the requirement in environment protection be met.
