分析蜂产品加工技术和设备的现状与不足,提出利用热加工技术和设备在降低加工温度和缩短受热的停留时间方面工艺和加工技术的改进。%In this article, the current situation of the technology and equipment used in processing honey products as well as the deifciencies existed there were analyzed. The improvements in the process and technology from decreasing temperature in process and shortening heating duration were then proposed.
