制药工程循环冷却水系统节水及水质稳定处理措施实践

     

摘要

Combined with practical engineering examples, the effects of concentration rate to used water volume and water quality in circulating cooling water system were analyzed. Through the calculation, the water supplement and discharge were obtained, so that the principle of selecting proper concentration rate was determined. Finally, appropriate procedure for designing industrial circulating cooling water system was proposed.%结合工程实例,分析了浓缩倍率对冷却循环水系统用水量和水质的影响,通过计算,得到了不同浓缩倍率下的补水量和排污量,确定了浓缩倍率在节水和水质稳定条件下的选择原则,最后对工业循环冷却水系统的设计流程提出了建议。
