目的：对社区重性精神疾病患者基础管理与个案管理的效果进行对比分析。方法：资料随机选取2012年3月本中心管辖的十二个社区重性精神疾病患者96例，分为两组，基础组和个案组，基础组为社区基础管理，个案组给予社区个案管理，观察并记录两组患者管理后SDSS、BPRS的评分。结果：两组患者经管理后SDSS、BPRS 评分明显低于治疗前；且个案组治疗后 SDSS、BPRS 评分明显低于基础组，比较有差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论：对社区重性精神疾病患者进行个案管理，有利于改善患者的精神症状，提高患者的生活质量，值得广泛推广和应用。%Objective :to the community with serious mental illness based management and case management results were analyzed .meth-ods :Data were randomly selected in March 2012 under the jurisdiction of the Centre twelve communities with serious mental illness in 96 pa-tients divided into two basic groups ,and groups of cases ,basic group of community -based management ,case group received community case management ,management of the two groups were observed and recorded after the SDSS ,BPRS score .Results :The two groups of pa-tients after administration after SDSS ,BPRS scores were significantly lower than before treatment ;and the case group after treatment , SDSS ,BPRS scores were significantly lower than the basic group ,compared with a statistically significant difference (P < 0 .05) .Conclu-sion :The Community patients with severe mental illness case management ,help improve the patient's psychiatric symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients ,should be popularized and applied .
