Objective :To observe the influence of confining needling of Hashimoto's thyroid nodules of thyroid function in patients with . Methods :80 cases of Hashimoto's thyroid nodule patients were randomly divided into two groups ,the treatment group used surround needling combined with hormone replacement therapy ,the control group using a simple drug treatment ,observation of its curative effect after 2 cour-ses .Results :the treatment group can obviously improve the levels of thyroid hormone levels in patients with Hashimoto's thyroid nodules and autoantibodies ,compared with the control group there were significant differences ,P < 0 .05 .Conclusion :surround needling combined with hormone replacement therapy in the treatment of Hashimoto's thyroid nodules ,can significantly improve patients with thyroid function .%目的：观察围刺法对桥本氏甲状腺结节患者甲状腺功能的影响。方法：将80例桥本氏甲状腺结节患者随机分为两组，治疗组采用围刺法结合甲状腺素替代疗法治疗，对照组采用单纯药物治疗，2个疗程后观察其疗效。结果：治疗组能明显改善桥本氏甲状腺结节患者的甲状腺激素水平及自身抗体水平，与对照组相比有显著性差异，P＜0．05。结论：围刺法结合甲状腺素替代疗法治疗桥本氏甲状腺结节，能明显改善患者甲状腺功能。
