艾森克人格因素对前牙树脂粘结修复满意度的影响

摘要

Objective :To research the relationship between Eysenck personality questionaire (EPQ) of patients and the their satisfaction to the resin restorations .Methods :100 patients were investigated by using EPQ and satisfaction measured with Visual analogue sacle (VAS) . Results :The E standard scores of personality factors do affect their satisfaction of resin restorations .Conclusion :Patients with a tendency for extroversion had a significantly higher satisfaction degree than those with a introversion tendency .%目的：探讨艾森克人格因素对成人患者前牙树脂粘结修复满意度的影响，为心理辅导提高患者满意度提供理论依据。方法：选择进行前牙树脂粘结修复的成人患者100例，治疗前填写人格问卷，治疗后进行满意度随访，对结果进行统计分析。结果：艾森克人格 E量表标准分同满意度呈正相关，而P 、N 、L 量表标准分与满意度无明显统计学相关性。结论：患者的人格倾向会影响患者的前牙树脂粘结修复满意程度，治疗前可对患者进行必要的心理行为干预，以提高口腔治疗效果。
