药剂管理规范化建设浅析

         

摘要

O bjectiveto investigate and analyze the importance of the hospital pharmaceutical management standardization and the significance . M ethodschange of pharmacy service mode ,strengthening the training and education of pharmaceutical personnel ,improve the pharmaceutical personnel of the overall technology level ,completes the window service ,strictly implement the relevant rules and regulations .After investi‐gation and analysis on the Resultsof 200 patients ,including 160 cases of patients are satisfied with the service attitude is very ,accounted for 80 .0% ;Basic satisfied with 36 cases ,accounting for 18 .0% ;There are 4 cases ,still need to improve patients accounted for 2 .0% .Conclu‐sionin general hospital ,pharmacy medication important department is in charge of the w hole hospital patients .However the quality of medi‐cines and medical quality has a direct connection ,pharmacy management mainly include goods and people and objects ,etc ,will set drug quality ,and sales and service into an organic w hole ,therefore ,in the hospital ,it is important to strengthen the management of pharmacy de‐partment ,enables the management to standardization ,but also improve the patient's satisfaction ,enhance the overall reputation of the hos‐pital .%  目的 探讨和分析医院药剂管理规范化的重要性和意义。方法 改变药剂科的服务方式,加强对药剂人员的培训和教育,提高药剂人员的整体技术水平,做好窗口优质服务,严格执行相关的规章制度。结果 对200名患者进行调查和分析之后,其中对服务态度非常满意的患者有160例,占80.0%;基本满意有36例患者,占18.0%;仍需改进患者有4例,占2.0%。结论 在综合性医院中,药剂科是负责整个医院患者用药的重要部门,药品的质量和医疗的好坏有着直接联系,药剂科的管理主要有人力、物品、财务等方面,将药品质量和销售以及服务集于一体,因此,在医院里,加强对药剂科的管理显得非常重要,药剂管理规范化的同时也提高了患者的满意度,提升医院的整体信誉。
