股骨逆行髓内钉治疗股骨髁上骨折治疗体会

摘要

目的 探讨股骨逆行髓内钉治疗股骨髁上骨折的疗效。方法 对股骨髁上、髁间骨折以及多段股骨骨折60例，采取股骨逆行带锁髓内钉治疗41例，采取股骨远端支撑钢板治疗15例，由于骨质粉碎严重且合并髁间骨折采取胫骨结节牵引治疗4例。结果 效果不一，但股骨逆行髓内钉治疗股骨髁上骨折治疗效果最好。结论 股骨逆行髓内钉治疗股骨髁上骨折治疗操作简便，固定牢靠，骨折愈合快，并发症少，是较为理想的治疗方法。%O bjectiveto investigate the therapeutic effect in the treatment of supracondylar fracture of femur with retrograde intramedullary nail . M ethodsfemoral supracondylar intercondylar fracture ,and femoral fracture in 60 cases ,take the femoral retrograde interlocking intramedul‐lary nail in the treatment of 41 cases of distal femur ,the support plate in the treatment of 15 cases of comminuted bone ,due to serious with intercondylar fracture of tibial tubercle traction in the treatment of 4 cases take .Resultsthe effect is not one ,but the retrograde intramedul‐lary nail in the treatment of femoral supracondylar fracture treatment had the best effect .Conclusionthe treatment of supracondylar femoral fracture treatment has the advantages of simple operation ,reliable fixation of femoral retrograde interlocking intramedullary nail ,fracture healing faster ,less complications ,is an ideal treatment method .
