晚期产后出血48例临床分析

摘要

O bjectiveto investigate the causes of late postpartum hemorrhage and the prevention measures .M ethods48 cases of late postpartum hemorrhage were retrospectively analyzed the etiology and treatment . Resultsmain cause of the placenta ,fetal membrane residues ,decidua residue and endometritis ,subinvolution of uterus and uterine poor healing of incision cesarean section .Conclusiontreatment is given priority to with qing dynasty palace ,plus the contractions agent hemostatic agent ,active anti-inflammatory ,feasible uterus resection of recurrent hemorrhage or acute hemorrhage .%　　目的 探讨晚期产后出血的病因及防治措施。方法 回顾性分析48例晚期产后出血的病因及处理。结果 主要病因依次为胎盘、胎膜残留、蜕膜残留和子宫内膜炎，子宫复旧不全以及剖宫产术的子宫切口愈合不良等。结论 治疗以清宫为主，加宫缩剂止血剂，积极抗炎，对反复出血或急性大出血可行子宫切除术。
