大度数外斜视的手术思考

摘要

目的 探寻眼外肌解剖附着点位置对斜视手术的影响。方法 比较2012年6月收治的2例大度数基本型外斜视患者眼外肌解剖附着点位置、手术量、术后效果。结果 例1，例2两例患者均为基本型外斜视，斜视度相同，术前水平眼外肌解剖附着点位置不同，术中手术量不同，但术后效果相同。结论 眼外肌解剖附着点位置直接影响大度数外斜视手术量，在对手术量的设计时，不应该单纯依靠斜视度，应联合考虑眼肌解剖附着点位置。%O bjectiveTo explore the effect of extraocular muscle anatomy attachment point position on the strabismus operation .M ethodscont‐rastenthesis of extraocular muscles (EOM ) with the operative quantity and the postoperative of 2 cases ofstrabismw ho be operated in 2012 June .Results2 patients were basicpatternexotropia .they had same refractive state and strabismus angle and effect after surgery ,but the differences of enthesis of extraocular muscles (EOM ) and T he amount of operation . Conclusions enthesisof extraocular muscles (EOM ) had great effection in the operativequantity .When treatlarge deviations exotropia ,we would considering enthesis of extraocular muscles (EOM ) .
