醒脑静注射液治疗急性酒精中毒的系统评价研究

摘要

purpose To investigate the clinical ef ect of Xingnaojing Injection in treating acute alcoholism.Method Methods in our hospital in 2012 May -2013 year in August 100 cases of the treatment of acute alcohol poisoning patients,randomly divided into observation group and control group with 50 cases in each group,the observation group was treated with Xingnaojing in-jection treatment,control group using naloxone treatment,compared two groups of patients.Result Self treatment to the consciousness recovery time,Xingnaojing group average starting time was (48 ±15)min,self treatment to motor recovery time was (180 ±35)min;the control group after treatment to the average onset time was normal for (52 ±15)min,self treatment to restore normal limb movement the time was (185 ±40)min.Conclusion Xingnaojing injection can ef ectively relieve the symptoms of acute alcohol intoxication,is an ef ective drug for treatment of a-cute alcohol poisoning.%目的：探讨醒脑静注射液治疗急性酒精中毒的的临床疗效。方法选取我院2012年5月-2013年8月收治的100例疗急性酒精中毒患者，随机分为观察组和对照组各50例，观察组采用醒脑静注射液治疗，对照组采用纳洛酮治疗，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果自治疗至神志恢复正常时间，醒脑静组平均显效时间为（48±15）min，自治疗至肢体运动恢复正常时间为（180±35）min；对照组自治疗至神志恢复正常的平均显效时间为（52±15）min，自治疗至肢体运动恢复正常的时间为（185±40）min。结论醒脑静注射液能有效快速解除急性酒精中毒所致的症状，是抢救急性酒精中毒的有效药物。
