轴向斜柱塞泵流量脉动理论建模与仿真研究

         

摘要

柱塞倾角是轴向斜柱塞泵的关键参数,对流量脉动具有显著影响。为了分析柱塞倾角对流量脉动的影响规律,首先基于油液压缩性,采用离散逼近法建立了单柱塞腔流动特性的弹性模型;然后利用集中参数法建立轴向斜柱塞泵的实际流量脉动模型;最后通过数值仿真分析了柱塞倾角与实际流量脉动的关系。结果表明:通过引入柱塞倾角,拓宽了模型的适用范围;增加柱塞倾角有利于减小实际流量脉动,这与理想流量脉动所得结论截然相反。%The piston dip angle is a key parameter of an axial piston pump with conical cylinder block, which has a significant effect on the discharge flow ripple. In order to analyze the effect of the piston dip angle on the discharge flow ripple, firstly, an elastic model of fluid condition within a single cylinder bore is improved by utilizing discrete approximation based on the fluid compressibility. Then the actual discharge flow tipple of axial piston pump with conical cylinder block is developed by means of the concentration parameter method. The relationship between the piston dip angle and actual discharge flow ripple is analyzed by the present simulation. The results show that the application range of the present model is expanded by introducing the piston dip angle, and the increasing of piston dip angle is feasible for weakening actual discharge flow rioole, which is opposite to ideal discharge flow rinnle.
