喷射电沉积快速成形金属零件新技术研究

         

摘要

喷射电沉积快速成形技术将硬质粒子摩擦法和模板辅助电沉积引入喷射电沉积,实现了对三维实体零件的简化快速制造。加工过程中,硬质粒子不断挤压、摩擦阴极表面,能有效地去除沉积层表面的吸附气泡和积瘤,保证了电沉积层表面的平整和光滑。二维模板限制了沉积范围,保证了加工精度,使得电沉积可以以更高的速率进行。试验中,采用了优化的工艺参数,选用厚度0.3mm的环氧树脂模板,在电压为40V、喷射流速为150L/h、温度为30℃的工艺条件下成功制备了空间异形结构铜零件。%Rapid prototyping of metal parts is realized by jet-deposition combined with template technique, friction technique and jet-electrodeposition, and it made the manufacturing of metal parts easier and quicker. In the process, the polishing of hard particles can effectively remove nodules and air bubbles, which leads to a brightening and smoothing deposition. The template limited the area of electrodeposition, made sure of the precision and im- proved the speed. In the experiment, optimized technological parameters were used. Copper parts with complex structure were produced successfully by 0. 3 millimeters-thick epoxy resin templates at the jet velocity of 150 L/h, voltage of 40 V and temperature of 30 ℃.
