机械产品行为特性分析及模型构建

摘要

在阐述了机械产品行为多属性的基础上，提出了行为效果、行为元和行为链的概念，总结并例举了行为链的五种连接方式和表示方法；通过分析行为特性，从功能需求、环境适应、拓扑结构和行为效果等几方面对行为载体映射的约束，构建了机械产品的行为模型框架，最后以打钉机的设计实例验证了方法的实用性。%Based on an investigation of the behavior characteristics cepts of behavioral effect, elemental behavior and behavioral chain, of mechanical products, we and summarized five kinds of links within behavioral chains. A behavioral model scheme for conceptual design of mechanical products was also constructed by analysis of function needs, environmental adaptation, topological structure and behavioral effect. Finally, a case study of a nailing device was conducted to demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed methodologies.
