面向制造过程的橡皮囊液压成形工艺知识表示及其应用

摘要

为了实现橡皮囊液压成形工艺知识在钣金件数字化制造过程中的应用,采用IDEF0方法建立了橡皮囊成形零件数字化制造系统模型。分析了工艺知识组成并建立了知识分类模型,提出了工艺知识库的构建方法。设计了橡皮囊液压成形工艺知识在制造过程中的集成应用模式,开发了基于Web的工艺知识库及其应用系统。最后以某型机框肋零件制造模型设计为例说明了知识应用过程,验证了上述方法的可行性和有效性。%To apply the rubber pad forming knowledge into digital manufacture of sheet metal parts,the digital manufacturing model for rubber pad forming part is established by using IDEF0.The composition of process knowledge is analyzed and the classification model is put forward,then the approach to building the process knowledge base is proposed.The mode of integrated application of the process knowledge into rubber pad forming is designed,and the web-based process knowledge base and its application system is developed.Finally,the manufacturing model of an aircraft frame and rib part is used to show the knowledge application procedure and verify the effectiveness and practicability of methodology.
