Internet, the rapid growth of data service, intelligent terminal populariza⁃tion, promotion of Internet social networking platform present challenges and opportunities for operator services. Operators should combine the flow management and service improvement and promote service innovations by creating the simple interfaces, using the difference of prod⁃uct designs, the designs of platform in order to deal with the challenges of flow of management.%　　深入剖析了在移动互联网高速发展的今天，数据业务的快速发展，智能终端的普及，互联网社交平台的推广对运营商的服务提出了挑战和机遇。运营商应将流量经营与服务提升相结合，通过打造简单易懂的操作界面、采用差异化产品设计，对自有平台进行设计创新，对交互界面进行内容升级等措施来提升服务创新，应对流量经营带来的挑战。
