以某起重量为3 t ,跨度为16.5 m的单梁电动葫芦桥式起重机主梁为例,运用有限元软件ANSYS采用自顶向下和自底向上相结合的方法建模,然后进行计算、分析,最后运用有限元计算结果校核主梁的强度、刚度,并提出了合理建议,为今后相近类型起重机主梁设计提供参考。%Taking an overhead crane with 16 .5 m span and 3 t lifting capacity as example ,combining the top-down method and down-top method ,the paper set up the the model of the crane girder by use of finite element software ANSYS .Then the intensity and toughness of the main beam was calculated and checked .Some reasonable suggestion was put forward for the design of overhead cranes in future .
