The present invention relates to a finite element analysis method for a dynamic analysis on a beam or an analysis on an earthquake, which is executed by using a computer and includes: a motion equation input step of inputting a motion equation of a beam seismically excited by the motion of a support point; an information input step of inputting basic information for a finite element analysis on the motion of the beam; and a numerical analysis step for calculating motion information of the beam by performing a numerical analysis based on the motion equation and the basic information. According to the finite element analysis method for a dynamic analysis on a beam or an analysis on an earthquake of the present invention, the motion of the beam, where both the rigid body motion and the deformation motion due to the support point motion are considered together, can be analyzed more effectively.
