一种非晶材料甩带机辊嘴间距调节装置

摘要

Roller-nozzle spacing plays an important role in the quality of the finished amorphous strip .In this paper ,a roller-nozzle spacing adjusting device is designed ,in which the nozzle-bag is installed on the rocker arm ,through adjusting the rocker arm up and down to change the roller-nozzle spacing greatly ,then by adjusting the bolt to realize the fine-tuning of roller-nozzle .The device has the advantages of simple operation and low production cost ,can adjust the roller-nozzle spacing well .%　　辊嘴间距大小对非晶带材的成材和质量起着至关重要的作用，提出了将调节装置的喷嘴包安装在摇臂上，喷嘴固定安装在喷嘴包下端，通过上下调整摇臂位置可大幅度调节辊嘴间距，再调整调节螺栓实现辊嘴间距的微调。新型装置生产成本低，操作简单，能够很好地调整辊嘴间距。
