The basic theory ,characteristics and flow chart of differential evolution algorithm were introduced in this paper .The optimization model of the impact mechanism of a hydraulic roofbolter was put forward .The differential evolution algorithm in 1stOpt software was used to optimize the impact mechanism . The efficiency of roofbolter was improved up to 76% . This proved that differential evolution algorithm is feasible in practical engineering optimization .% 简要介绍了差异演化算法的基本原理、特点和流程,给出了冲击回转型液压锚杆钻机冲击机构的优化设计模型,进而应用1stOpt软件中提供的差异演化算法,通过编程对冲击回转型液压锚杆钻机冲击机构进行了优化设计,使液压锚杆钻机的工作总效率提高到了76%,效果令人满意,同时也表明应用差异演化算法解决实际工程优化问题的可行性与可靠性。
