等壁厚螺杆钻具定子管挤压成形的有限元分析

         

摘要

螺杆钻具定子的橡胶厚度不均匀是导致螺杆钻具的使用寿命较低和工作性能较差的主要原因之一,因此提出了等壁厚螺杆钻具定子滚压成形技术。建立了等壁厚螺杆钻具定子管挤压成形的有限元模型,并利用有限元分析软件对加工过程进行分析,得出工件温度、滚轮外形、进给速度对定子管轮廓线和加工载荷的影响,为今后等壁厚螺杆钻具定子滚压成形设备的研制提供参考依据。%The reason for low service life and poor working performance of screw drills is uneven wall thickness of the stator in screw drill ,so the paper proposed a rolling forming technology of uniform wall thickness screw drill stator .The finite element model of the stater forming was set up ,the forming process was simulated ,and the influences of the work‐piece temperature ,roller shape ,feed‐ing velocity on the stator pipe contour and processing load were obtained ,which would provide a reference basis for the development of rolling forming equipment of uniform wall thickness screw drill stator .
