一种在线测量卷烟圆周尺寸的方法

摘要

根据CCD光电传感器的检测原理 ,设计了一种在线检测卷烟圆周尺寸的方法 ,可以在线测量直径在Φ5 mm~ Φ9 mm范围内的卷烟圆周长度 ,测量精度为0.014 mm.采用两个CCD光电传感器组成两组直径采集系统 ,采集卷烟两个垂直方位的最长径和最短径信息并计算圆周尺寸 ,解决了传统圆周检测方法误差大的问题 ,并详细介绍了该方法的检测原理和系统的基本组成.%A system which can detect the cigarette's circumference on-line is designed on the principle of CCD detection photoelectric sensor .This system can measure the circumferential length of cigarette whose diameter is within 5 mm~9 mm ,and its measurement accuracy is 0 .014 mm .The system consists of two CCD photoelectric sensors to set up two diameters detection system ,it can calcu-late the circumference by collecting the longest diameter and the shortest diameter on two vertical orientation .This method solves the problem in traditional detecting system which is low in measurement precision .This paper describes the basic components of the sys-tem and the detection principles of the method .
