复合PID算法应用于转向器疲劳试验台

         

摘要

转向器试验台的加载曲线一般具有给定值频繁升降、静差较大、多噪声信号等特性。针对加载曲线的这些特征采用微分先行PID算法、积分分离PID算法和加载滤波器构成的复合算法来克服和改进以上出现的问题。采用粒子群优化算法(PSO )对PID参数优化,在线调整PID的参数,经带有复合算法优化算子的PID算法计算,获得控制量以控制转向器试验台向着用户加载的曲线运行。通过仿真证明控制效果良好、降低了系统的超调、提高了动态性能和稳态精度,达到了较高的工程应用价值。%The loading curve of steering test bench always has the characteristics of varying set point ,large static error and too much noise .In this paper ,the differential forward PID ,integral separation PID and low‐pass filters were used to overcome the above problems .The particle swarm optimization(PSO) was applied to the optimization of PID parameters .By the composite optimizationa algorithm with PID ,a better loading process was obtained ,in which the steering test bench ran toward the user’s loading curve . Simulation results show this algorithm is of a good control effect ,reducing the overshoot ,improving the dynamic performance and steady‐state accuracy .
