煤矿用刮板输送机刮板组件脱碳层分析

         

摘要

Elemental analysis experiments of the 38 × 126 and 48 × 152 two scraper components were carried out by using portable spectrometer to excite the scraper and the pressure plate in the acceptance process ,which found that C (carbon) element content was lower than the technical requirements of its material 42CrMo ,but the rest elements could meet the standard requirements .Carbon el-ement content increased after cutting down each layer of metal ,which proved that the decarburized layer existed in scraper and plate surface .As an important indicator ,decarburization layer directly affects the quality and service life of steel components .So reducing the decarburization layer will bring immeasurable benefits to which needs higher requirements of abrasion resistance .%在刮板组件验收过程中,经去除掉表面防锈漆操作后,通过使用便携式光谱仪分别激发刮板和压板对38×126型和48×152型两种刮板组件进行了元素分析实验,发现C (碳)元素含量低于其材质42CrMo的技术要求,但其余元素均满足标准要求。每磨掉一层金属后,碳元素含量呈递增现象,故证明刮板和压板表面存在脱碳层。脱碳层作为一项重要指标,直接影响钢材的质量和寿命,对于耐磨性要求较高的煤矿设备,降低其脱碳层可产生不可估量的经济效益。
