干熄焦焦罐车提升环梁的优化设计与分析

摘要

以干熄焦焦罐车大型提升环梁为设计实例，运用优化设计理论和有限元分析方法对其进行了分析计算，探索提升环梁设计参数与结构力学特性，以及提升环梁工作时设计结构与应力分布规律的关系，旨在为提升环梁的优化设计提供方法和依据，使其能够满足设计要求。%Taking a large lifting ring beam as the design example ,this paper uses the optimization design theory and finite element a-nalysis to carry on the analysis and calculation ,to explore ways to improve the ring beam design parameters and structural mechanics property .This work can lay the basis for the optimization design of lifting ring beam ,and make the beam meet the design require-ments .
