To solve the problem of extracting or unloading shell in the process of reliability verification of the feeding system of large and medium caliber naval gun ,we designed a kind of simulated drum magazine ,it can be used to dock with the interface of feeder of feeding system .By the method of signal feedback among host computer ,PLC ,servo driver ,servo motor ,sensor and the console desk of feeding system ,the control function is realized .The feasibility analysis results show that by the way of designing and controlling the simulated drum magazine ,we can achieve full automation in the process of reliability verification of the feeding system of large and medium caliber naval gun ,which has a relatively important sense .%针对目前我国大中口径舰炮供弹系统在可靠性验证环节需要频繁提退弹的问题,设计了一种模拟弹鼓,用来和供弹系统的扬弹机口进行对接。介绍了具体的控制方案,通过上位机、PLC、伺服驱动器、伺服电机、传感器和供弹系统控制台指令信号相互反馈的方式实现控制功能,并对其可行性进行了分析验证。结果表明通过对这种模拟弹鼓的设计和控制可以实现大中口径舰炮供弹系统在可靠性验证阶段的完全自动化,具有比较重要的实际意义。
