有限元分析在提升输送机轿厢结构优化上的应用

摘要

基于有限元分析对某型提升输送机轿厢进行结构仿真，通过对仿真数据进行分析，规划出两种载重工况下轿厢的结构优化方案，并对方案进行仿真验证。分析表明优化方案满足其使用要求和安全性能，达到了降低设备制造和使用成本的目的。%The FEM is applied to the simulation of a lifting conveyor cage ,and two structure optimization projects are planned based on the analysis of simulation data .After the verification by FEM ,the results indicate that the two structure optimization projects can meet the operation requirement and safety performance ,and achieve the objective of cutting down the cost of manufacturing and operation .
