基于ANSYS的高速数控车床主轴箱箱体的优化设计

         

摘要

利用ANSYS软件建立了某型精密数控车床主轴箱体的静动力学模型,对其底端面进行6个自由度全部位移加以约束的模态分析.在相对振幅较大的区域增加了加强筋并进行了箱体的结构优化,对优化后的箱体再次进行有限元模态分析,结果表明优化后的箱体薄弱区域相对振幅最大降低约为10%,箱体动态特性得到增强,有利于整机的减振降噪.%This paper builds the static and dynamic model of a precision CNC lathe spindle box by ANSYS Workbench. Modal analysis is carried out on its bottom ,all the displacements are restrained on six degrees of freedom. In the area of relatively large amplitude,the stiffeners are added and the structure on the enclosure is optimized,then the finite element modal analysis is carried out again with the optimized enclosure. The results show that the relative amplitude of the weak area on the optimized body is reduced by 10% at most. So the dynamic characteristics of the body are enhanced ,and are advantageous to the vibration noise of the machine.
