矿井高低压转换装置主控承载筒体与联接螺栓疲劳寿命计算

         

摘要

高低压转换装置的筒体和联接螺栓长期受到交变载荷以及管壁高压水流的影响,很容易出现疲劳,产生裂纹甚至断裂。文中对高低压转换装置在两种不同的工况条件下的筒体与联接螺栓部位进行有限元应力分析,找出应力集中最大的部位,即可能发生疲劳损伤最严重的部位,计算出此处筒体和联接螺栓的疲劳寿命并验证是否满足使用要求。这为高低压转换装置的正常检查、维修和进一步的优化改进提供理论依据。%The barrel and the connecting bolts bears long-term cyclic loading which easily causes fatigue, cracks and even rupture. The finite element stress analysis is carried out on the barrel and the connecting bolts of the high-low pressure conversion device under two different kinds of working conditions, the largest stress concentration part where may occur the most serious fatigue damage is found. The fatigue life of the barrel and the connecting bolts is calculated to verify whether it can meet the operating requirements. The results offer references for usual checking, maintenance and further optimization design of the high-low pressure conversion device.
