中药多糖的提取、分离纯化及分析方法的研究进展

摘要

Traditional Chinese medicine consists of complex chemical composition,including polysaccharides as its main active ingredient,which has a variety of biological activity.In recent years,researches on the polysaccharides of Chinese traditional medicine gradually become a big focus.However, to a great extent,these researches depend on the result of polysaccharides extraction and purification.So the ideal extraction and separation will be good for traditional Chinese medicine polysaccharides improvement of product quality.This paper reviewed recent Chinese medicine polysaccharides extraction and purification research progress. Meanwhile, it also introduced the content method ofpolysaccharides,which can offer the study ofpolysaccharides more references.%中药化学成分复杂，其中多糖作为其主要活性成分，具有多种生物活性。近年来，对于中药多糖的研究逐渐成为一大热点，但这些研究较大程度上依赖于多糖的提取、分离纯化结果，因此采用理想的提取分离技术将有利于中药多糖类产品品质的提高。本文综述了近年来中药多糖的提取、分离纯化研究进展，并对中药多糖的含量分析方法进行了介绍，为多糖的研究提供一些参考。
