某型艏侧推装置典型故障处理及改进措施

摘要

通过对艏侧推装置在工作中出现的典型故障进行分析与处理，揭示了艏侧推变距负荷异常、振动、密封漏油及反馈装置链接杆卡滞等异常问题的发生机理，提出了相应的解决与改进措施，对艏侧推装置的后续优化与改进具有重要的指导意义。%This paper analyzes and deals with some classic faults of bow thruster in the working. The occur mechanisms of the problems are revealed, such as unusual load of the pitch change, vibration, oil-leaking and stagnancy of the feedback device link-rod. The solutions and improvements are put forward. It has an important guiding significance for the bow thruster following optimization and improvement.
