煤矿胶带输送机变频调速系统技术改造

         

摘要

随着社会的进步及采煤技术的不断更新,煤矿的产量逐年提高,煤矿的长距离输送越来越多地使用大功率带式输送机.大型胶带输送机需要良好的驱动方式,只有正确选择驱动方法,才能实现平滑、可调的启动力矩,减少冲击力和张力,延长输送机的使用寿命,保护电网免受冲击,减少输送机运行过程中的功率损失,提高输送机电控系统的稳定性、可靠性、安全性.对运用变频调速改造后的胶带输送机进行效果分析.实际应用表明要实现力矩—速度控制功能,可使用变频控制系统来进行调速,同时能提高大型胶带输送机的安全性能及稳定性.%With the update of the progress of the society and the coal mining technology,the output of coal increased year by year,the use of large power belt conveyor is more and more widely in long distance transportation of coal mine. Large belt conveyor need good drive way, right choice driven approach can achieve smooth and adjustable start torque, reduce the impact force and tension, prolong the service life of conveyor, protect grid from impact, to reduce conveyor power loss in the process of operation, improve the stability, reliability,security of electric control system of conveyor. Practical application shows that to achieve torque-speed control function,can use frequency control system for speed regulation, at the same time can improve the safety performance and stability of large belt conveyor. In this paper,the effect of using frequency control of motor speed transforming belt conveyor is analyzed.
