广州地铁五号线列车在进行蓄电池通电时长试验中,出现了蓄电池欠压保护电路失效的现象。通过对列车蓄电池欠压保护电路设计原理进行分析,确定失效原因为欠压继电器选型错误及欠压保护电路设计缺陷。针对此情况,提出两种改进方案,优化城轨车辆蓄电池欠压保护的设计,避免列车蓄电池出现过放电故障。%Under-voltage protection circuit of battery fail during the battery electricity duration experiment for Guangzhou metro line 5 vehicle. This paper analyzes design principle of the train battery under-voltage protection circuit, which confirming the cause of failure are that under-voltage relay selection error and under-voltage protection circuit design flaws. Aimed at the situation, we put forward two kinds of improvement schemes to optimize the battery under-voltage protection design of urban rail vehicle , which could help avoid the fault of train battery over discharge.
