304不锈钢圆盘剪精密裁切断面质量的实验研究

         

摘要

In this paper,304 stainless steel were studied in shear processing cutting disc by the method of single factor experiment,the analysis of the effect of the lateral clearance, overlap quantity, and the thickness of the sheet metal for slitting surface quality had been done. The experimental results show that the most important factor for the slitting surface quality is the lateral clearance,the smaller the gap,the smaller the shear angle and the corner collapse depth;the bigger the plastic shear zone,the better the slitting surface quality, the relative important factor for the slitting surface quality is overlap quantity , when its value being of the 24%~32% about plate thickness, the slitting surface quality is stable, otherwise, the slitting surface quality will be ruduced. Effects of plate thickness on the slitting surface quality is more complex,with the increase of plastic shear zone the shear angle decreases,the effect on the slitting surface quality should be comprehensive analyzed.%采用单因素实验法对304不锈钢进行了圆盘剪剪切加工研究,分析了剪切侧间隙、重叠量、板材厚度对剪切断面质量的影响。实验结果表明:侧间隙对断面质量的影响最大,侧间隙值越小,塌角深度越小、剪裂角越小,塑剪带的面积越大,剪切断面质量相应的越好;重叠量对断面的质量影响次之,其值为板材厚度的24%~32%时,分切断面质量相对稳定,过大过小都会降低分切断面质量,甚至产生“剪不断”的现象;板厚对断面质量的影响较为复杂,在保证剪断的情况下,塑剪带增加剪裂角减小,其对剪切质量的影响应综合分析。
