数据采集系统短期稳定性的一种评价方法

         

摘要

The stability of Data Acquisition System(DAS) is one of its basiccharacteristics.Normally,the stability of DAS by using the gain drift and the zero drift along time is described.One method acquiring the performance of gain and zero drift of DAS is introduced.First of all, loading a sine wave to DAS,and then getting stability of DAS by using sine wave curve-fit.This is also a precise modeling measurement method.Compared with the DC exciting and direct reading method,the identification of this method can be much smaller than the digitized error.The limit of this method is that the sine wave generator with high performance is necessary,especially the stability,the noise and distortion of generator.Otherwise,the stability evaluation results may be the characteristics of generator.%数据采集系统的短期稳定性,为其基本测量误差因素之一,通常以零点漂移和增益漂移两项参数给出。本文介绍一种方法,通过正弦信号激励,运用正弦波拟合获得其零点漂移和增益漂移特性参数。这是一种模型化精确测量方法,与以往的直流激励读取法相比,评价结果的分辨力和不确定度可以远小于量化误差。其局限性则是对交流信号源要求较高,要求高稳定性、低噪声及低失真度;否则,所获得的稳定性将是信号源的稳定性。
