红外热像仪舱室设备数据采集方法应用研究

摘要

Based on studies of temperature data acquisition with infrared thermography and applications in non-loss equipments testing method, illustrating with some successful cases about its usages for electronic facilities inside of cabins, an useful method or plan of temperature data acquisition, processing, management, as well as data storage with the infrared thermography is given. As this plan standardizes the process of data acquisition and management, it can make the best use of infrared thermography maps and give some necessary indicates in advance in testing of shipfittings.%基于红外热像仪数据采集方法和国内外仪器设备无损检测方法应用研究,以热像仪船舶应用为案例,提出了集热像图采集、处理、存储和利用的热像图图文信息采集管理方案.该方案规范了热像图的采集、处理过程,使热像图真正起到在船用舱室设备隐患预警中的指导作用.
