基于dsPIC30F2010的高性能航空陀螺逆变电源设计

         

摘要

A kind of three-phase inverter power supply system for aviation gyro motor is designed. Based on the combination of boost converter and three-phase bridge inverter, a series of power conversion circuit with the dsPIC30F2010 are provided as the core control unit. Gyro motor soft starting and voltage/current PI control are realized by using SPWM with 24 kHz carrier wave frequency. The related control circuit and strategy are provided. Experimental results show that the amplitude of the sine wave is accurate, has less distortion and the system works stably.%设计了一种航空陀螺电机三相交流逆变电源.以dsPIC30F2010微控制器为控制核心,采用前级为Boost变换器、后级为三相桥逆变器的串联组合式功率变换结构,通过载波频率为24 kHz的高频SP-WM波形调制,实现了陀螺电机的软启动和电压电流双闭环数字PI控制,给出了相关控制电路和控制方法.实验表明:输出的正弦波幅值精准,波形畸变小,系统工作稳定.
