长寿命真空实验设备的设计

针对航空航天的特殊性,验证适应低压热真空环境产品相当重要.设计了一种主要用于对空间行波管和放大器进行真空寿命测试的长寿命实验设备,并具体阐述了该设备的结构组成、电路设计原理和设计的优势所在,最后提供了详实的测试数据.该设计对于空间设备的检测具有一定的应用价值.%For the particularity of aerospace, it is very important to test product in the low pressure and hot vacuum environment. The long-life vacuum experiment equipment is designed, which mainly aims to test the vacuum life of both space traveling-wave tube and amplifier. Its structure, circuitry, design feature and detailed test data are expounded. The design has certain practical value in testing the space equipment.
