针对圆柱金属工件现有检测方法的不足,利用LabWindows/CVI平台,开发了一种圆柱金属超声波自动检测系统.该系统由硬件和软件两大部分组成,融合了计算机技术、虚拟仪器技术、自动控制技术、超声波技术和串口通信技术.下位机(超声波探伤仪)实现对圆柱金属缺陷参数的采集;上位机(工控机)一方面利用Modbus ASCII通信协议和PLC实现对系统的控制和数据交换,另一方面接收下位机采集的参数.最后,通过监测系统软件平台,实现数据的实时接收、处理和动态直观地显示和存储功能.该系统已经用于某大型研究院的圆柱金属工件测试,试验结果表明,系统具有良好的性能,完全满足对圆柱金属工件的批量自动检测要求.%In order to solve the shortage of the existing detection method for cylindrical metal workpieces,based on the platform of LabWindows/CVI,an ultrasonic automatic detection system for cylindrical metal is developed.The system consists of two parts of the hardware and software,which contains many technologies of computer,virtual instrument,automatic control,ultrasonic and serial communication.The lower machine(ultrasonic flaw detector) acquires parameters of cylindrical metal.The host computer (IPC),on the one hand,may realize system control and data exchange with Modbus ASCII communication protocols and PLC,on the other hand,may receive lower machine acquisition parameters.Finally,the capabilities of real-time data receiving,processing,dynamic visual display and storage are achieved through the monitoring system software platform.The software system has been used for cylindrical metal workpieces test in a large institute.Practice proves that the system has good performance and fully meets automatic testing requirements for a batch of the cylindrical metal workpieces.
