航空发动机位移信号测量系统设计与实现

             

摘要

在某型航空发动机数控系统中,需要测量发动机油门杆角度、导叶角度和计量活门位移等角位移和直线位移信号.该型航空发动机数控系统主要由DSP芯片TMS320F28335及外围电路构成.为了实现对位移信号的测量,选用了AD698来激励直线位移传感器(LVDT)和角位移传感器(RVDT)并采集它们的输出信号,设计了相应的信号调理电路以匹配AD698和TMS320F28335 A/D端口的输入输出电气特性要求.测试结果表明,设计的信号调理电路能满足航空发动机位移信号测量的要求,系统工作稳定可靠、测量精度高.%In one aero-engine digital control system, it is necessary to measure the linear and angular displacement signals, such as the power lever angle, the guide vane angle and the metering valve displacement etc. This aero-engine digital control system mainly consists of a DSP chip TMS320F28335 and the peripheral circuit. In order to realize the measurement of displacement, the chip AD698 is chosen to acquire the output signals of the linear variable differential transformer (LDVT) and rotary variable differential transformer ( RVDT), and a corresponding signal conditioning circuit is designed to match the input/output electrical characteristics of AD698 and TMS320F28335 A/D interface. The result shows that the circuit designed can satisfy the measurement requirements of aero-engine displacement signals with reasonable design and high reliability.
