基于PIC24的户用水表无线远传抄表装置的设计

     

摘要

Household life is scattered in rural and remote mountainous areas,manual meter reading ways are used traditionally.In order to solve above-mentioned problems,a kind of wireless low-power meter reading device based on PIC24 microprocessor for household water meter is proposed.This device collects the water meter pulse signal by Hall sensor,and transmits water meter data to water monitoring department through GPRS module M35,and receives the command of the monitoring department to accomplish the remote control of valves on site.It can accomplish the calibration of the water meter,time and other basic parameters by wireless LoRa module SX1278.It uses battery-powered,with low power,low cost,and high reliability,which realizes longrange meter reading for household water meter,and can effectively improve the management level of water department,has broad application prospect.%农村等偏远山区用户分散居住,水表抄收都采用人工方式,为了解决上述问题,设计了一种基于PIC24单片机的户用水表的低功耗无线抄表装置.装置通过霍尔传感器采集水表脉冲信号,并通过GPRS模块M35把4路水表数据传送给水务监控部门.装置同时接收监控部门的命令,完成对现场阀门等相关参数的远程控制,现场也可以通过无线LoRa模块SX1278完成校表、校时等基本参数设置.装置采用电池供电,低功耗、低成本、高可靠性,实现了偏远地区户用水表的无线远传抄表,大大提高了水务管理部门的管理水平,具有广阔的应用前景.
