基于NURBS方法的转子锻件的三维几何造型

     

摘要

压气机转子是航天发动机上的重要受力构件,其形状十分复杂,因此准确地描述锻件形状并生成模具的表面模型十分重要.采用曲面造型中常用的NURBs方法实现了转子锻件自由曲面和解析曲面的几何造型,生成了带径向扭曲叶片的转子锻件及其模具模块的表面模型.利用造型生成的数据文件数控加工得到了模具型腔模块.造型结果准确地反映了转子锻件的几何信息,为后续的有限元模拟前处理奠定了良好的基础.%The compressor rotor is an important part ot the space shautter, Because of me compncatect shape, it′svery important to describe its shape exactly and to create the surface model of its die section. By use of popularNURBS method, the geometric modeling of the free and analytic surfaces of the rotor′s forging is implemented. Andsurface models of the rotor′s forging and its die section are created. The die section of the rotor is obtained throughnumerical control machining by using the data coming from the modeling. The results of modeling exactly reflect thegeometric information of the rotor, and can establishe a good base for the forthcoming FEM simulation.
