改性脲醛树脂注浆材料的制备及性能研究

     

摘要

考察了不同固化剂体系对脲醛树脂注浆材料性能的影响,并以纳米SiO2溶胶、水玻璃、碎玄武岩纤维为改性剂制备了改性脲醛树脂注浆材料.结果表明,氯化铵和磷酸复合固化体系具有较好的综合性能,固化时间为5.5 min,压缩强度为4.94 MPa,黏结强度为0.63 MPa.3种改性剂中,碎玄武岩纤维改性效果最佳,当纤维用量为2%时,固化时间为6 min,压缩强度和黏结强度分别为16.72 MPa和2.54 MPa,比未改性树脂分别提高240%和301%.经过煤矿井下破碎煤层注浆实验证实,该注浆材料可用于破碎煤层的注浆加固.%The influence of different curing systems on the properties of urea-formaldehyde (UF) grouting materials were investigated, and prepared modified UF resin grouting materials by using the modifiers of nano-Sift sol, water glass and broken basalt fibers. Results showed that, the compound curing system of ammonium chloride and phosphoric acid had better combination properties, curing time was 5. 5 min, compressive strength was 4. 94 MPa, bond strength was 0. 63 MPa. Among the three modifiers, broken basalt fibers had the best combination properties, when filling with 2% fibers, curing time was 6 min, compressive strength was 16. 72 MPa, bond strength was 2. 54 MPa, which improved 240% and 301% than unmodified UF resin respectively. The grouting tests in the pit of coal mine proved, the modified UF grouting material met the need for grouting in broken coal.
