聚氨酯 TiO2纳米管复合材料的制备与光催化特性研究∗

         

摘要

In order to solve the problem of separation and recovery of photocatalyst in water,the modification, immobilization and photocatalytic properties of TiO2 were studied.Firstly,TiO2 nanotubes were successfully synthe-sized by a hydrothermal method and silylated to improve its surface properties.Then,TiO2 nanotubes supported on polyurethane membrane were prepared to produce PU/TiO2 .Catalysts were characterized by XRD,FTIR,ATR-FT-IR and SEM.The results showed that silylated TiO2 nanotubes can graft well on the surface of the PU film.With a 300 W high pressure mercury lamp as light source,the photocatalytic activity and stability of composite materials for degrading naproxen were investigated.Experiments showed that the degradation of the target by PU/TiO2 photocata-lyst is highly active and the catalytic performance can remain stable for a long time by means of washing materials with ethanol.%为了解决水体中光催化剂的分离和回收问题,对纳米 TiO2的改性和固载化及其光催化特性进行了研究。首先以纳米 TiO2为原料,采用水热合成法制备 TiO2纳米管;再对 TiO2纳米管硅烷化,改善其表面性质;然后以聚氨酯(PU)膜片为载体负载 TiO2纳米管,制成了负载型 PU/TiO2薄膜的光催化材料。采用 X 射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、衰减全反射傅里叶变换红外光谱(ATR-FTIR)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等手段对催化剂进行了表征,结果表明硅烷化后的 TiO2纳米管能很好地接枝在 PU 薄膜表面。以300 W 高压汞灯为光源,萘普生为目标降解物,研究了负载 PU/TiO2薄膜的光催化活性和稳定性,结果表明其对目标物的降解具有较高活性,用乙醇冲洗即可多次重复使用,其催化活性能较长时间保持稳定。
