不同阻燃剂对PVC热解释放HCI的影响

             

摘要

A thermogravimetry analysis device and electric conductivity method were used to study the effects of five flame retardants (Al(OH)3, Mg(OH)2, DBDPO, C3 H3N6 and zinc borate) on the release of HCl during pyrolysis of polyvinylchloride(PVC). The results show that both the maximal pyrolysis rates of Al(OH)3/PVC and Mg(OH)2/PVC systems increased about one time in the first stage, both the pyrolysis rate in the first stage and pyrolysis mass in the second stage of DBDPO/PVC system increased, the mass fraction of Ca H3 N6/PVC system in the second stage descended rapidly, the rate of maximal mass loss of zinc borate/PVC system also descended rapidly. Al(OH)3 could promote the system to release HCl and increase the amount of HCl. Mg(OH)2 could also advance the system to release HCl, but the amount of HCl decreased. DBDPO could accelerate the system to release HCl. C3 H3 N6 played a acceleration role of HCl emission in the initial stage, but an oppsite role in later stage. Zinc boraters effect was just contrary to that of C3 H3 N6.%利用热重分析仪并借助电导率测定法探讨了5种常见阻燃剂(Al(OH)3、Mg(OH)2、DBDPO、C3H4N6和硼酸锌)对PVC热解时HCl释放过程的影响。结果表明:加入Mg(OH)2和Al(OH)3的PVC体系在第一阶段的最大热解速率提高近1倍,DBDPO使PVC体系在第一阶段的热解速率和第二阶段的热解质量增加,C3H3N6使PVC体系在第二阶段的质量分数大幅下降,硼酸锌使体系的最大质量损失率大幅下降;Al(OH)。能加快进体系释放HCl,并且释放总量增加;Mg(OH)2能促使体系提前释放HCl,但释放总量减少;DBDPO促进PVC体系释放HCl;C3H3N6在PVC热解前期促进体系释放HCl,后期则起到抑制作用;硼酸锌抑制体系前期释放HCl,促进后期释放HCl。
