复杂电磁条件下不同取向硅钢的铁损性能

             

摘要

在不同谐波次数(3,5,7次)、谐波含量(10%,30%,50%,70%)和不同直流偏磁磁场(5~120 A.m-1)下测试了不同取向硅钢的铁损,分析了谐波和直流偏磁对铁损的影响.结果表明:试验硅钢的铁损均随谐波次数及含量的增加而增大,且与谐波次数呈线性关系;硅钢厚度越小,其铁损随谐波含量增加的幅度越小;直流偏磁对铁损的影响小于谐波的,铁损随直流偏磁磁场强度的增加而增大并最终趋于恒定;27K090硅钢在3次谐波、30%含量叠加30 A.m-1直流偏磁磁场下的铁损实测值为0.98253 W.kg-1,大于单一谐波或直流偏磁磁场下的铁损之和(0.92718 W.kg-1).%The iron losses of different oriented silicon steels were tested under conditions of different harmonic numbers (3rd,5th,7th),harmonic content (10%,30%,50%,70%)and different DC bias magnetic field (5-120 A.m-1 )and the effects of harmonic and DC bias magnetic field on the iron loss were analyzed.The results show that the iron losses of the tested silicon steels all increased with the increase of the harmonic number and content and showed a linear relationship with the harmonic number.The thinner the silicon steel thickness,the smaller the iron loss increasing amplitude with the harmonic content increasing was.The influence of the DC bias magnetic field on the iron loss was less than that of the harmonic.The iron loss increased with the increase of the DC bias magnetic field strength and finally tended to be constant.The measured iron loss of silicon steel 27K090 reached 0.982 53 W.kg-1 under the condition of the 3rd harmonic of 30% content and overlapping the 30 A.m-1 DC bias magnetic field,which was larger than the sum of iron losses under the single harmonic condition and under the single DC bias magnetic field condition (0.927 18 W.kg-1 ).
