杂色鲍与皱纹盘鲍、盘鲍杂交的初步研究

摘要

The gametic hybridization of Haliotis diversicolor supertext with H. discus hannai and H. Discus were studied in Fujian coast. Ihe fertilization rate of H. discus hannai ♂×H. diversicolor supertext ♀ was 3.5%-15.0%, averaging 7.6%. The fertilization rate of H. discus hannai ♀×H. diversicolor supertext ♂ was 0%-2.8% with average 1.2%. The fertilization rate of H. discus ♂×H. diversicolor supertext ♀ was 1.0%-53.6% with average 22.1%. The fertilization rate of H. discus ×H. diversicolor supertext ♂ was 1.5%-4.0% , averaging 2.8%. The fertilized eggs obtained by hybridization Would develop regularly to the veliger larvae. The fertilization rate of H. diversicolor supertext×H. discus was obviously highter than H. diversicolor supertext×H. discus hannai. The fertilization rate of the group using H. diversicolor supertext as the maternal form was much higher than the group using it as the agnation.%于1998～1999年在福建厦门和东山两地养殖场，对我国主要养殖鲍即杂色鲍与皱纹盘鲍、盘鲍进行杂交试验。结果表明，皱♂×杂♀的受精率为3．5％～15．0％，平均7．6％。皱♀×杂♂的受精率为1．5％～4．0％，平均2．8％。杂交成功的受精卵的胚胎和幼体发育均正常。杂色鲍×盘鲍杂交组合的受精率明显高于杂色鲍×皱纹盘鲍，无论哪个组合杂色鲍作为雌性亲本的杂交受精率均比反交大大提高。
