铣床控制电路的PLC设计改造

摘要

This paper introduces a transformation of that Siemens programmable logic controller ($7-200 PLC) and touch screen applied to the electrical control system of X62 W type universal milling machine. It expounds the hardware consistence and software design of the system. It is proved that the hardware circuit of control system got simplified, the work is more reliable, and the work efficiency is so improved after applying the transformation of that PLC and touch screen to the electrical control system.%本文介绍了通过应用西门子可编程序控制器fS7．200PLC）改造X62W型万能铣床电气控制系统的设计方案，阐述了系统的硬件组成和软件设计。试验证明，应用PLC和触摸屏进行技术改造后，该控制系统的硬件电路得到了简化，工作更加可靠，提高了机床工作效率。
