小口径不锈钢圆管内壁抛磨机的研制

摘要

针对化工、制药、食品等行业用小口径不锈钢管内孔壁光亮度需求很高的问题,研制了一种可抛磨小口径不锈钢圆管内壁的抛磨机床.该机床可抛磨口径为φ6～24mm的不锈钢管内孔壁,抛磨后不但去除了氧化层,而且内壁粗糙度可由原来Ra1.2μm减小至Ra0.5μm以下,为电解抛光工序作好了必要的准备.%For the chemical, pharmaceutical, food and other industries with a small diameter stainless steel tube bore wall problem of the high brightness requirements, developed a polishing machine that can polish small diameter stainless steel tube wall.
