缸筒类零件专用数控车床的设计

摘要

介绍了缸筒类零件专用数控车床的关键技术及设计要点.设计中根据对缸筒类零件技术要求及工艺特点的分析,有针对性地设计了机床布局和多种模块化功能部件,在解决设计难点确保零件加工精度及效率的基础上,进一步扩展了机床功能.%The key technologies and design considerations of special CNC lathe for cylindrical parts are introduced. To get outstanding working accuracy and higher efficiency, aimed at such components' technical requirements and characteristics, based on overcoming of the key facts, the special layout and modularized functional components are made in the designing of the machine, and consequently, its' functions are further expanded.
